About the Program

The CILT International Language of Logistics and Transport (LoLT) programme has been designed for all its International Training Providers and Accredited Courses in order to provide a baseline understanding of Logistics and Transport Terms and Expressions for students whose first language is not English. It should be capable of being delivered locally by English Language and other subject Specialist Tutors in Internationally Accredited Centres. It will also introduce Learners to new methods of developing their language skills, to understand logistical information and enhance their ability for successful progression to other CILT International qualifications. The academic and professional content is at Level 2 Unit Award and has a duration of 80 Guided Learning Hours.

Who Should Attend this Program

The CILT International Language of Logistics and Transport programme is ideally suited to Learners that have a basic understanding of the English Language but need to develop their Logistics and Transport vocabulary to become more effective in the working environment. It would also benefit younger Learners who are new to Logistics or anyone looking for a general understanding of basic Logistics terms and expressions. This is a Level 2 qualification and is open to all Learners with a basic English language ability.
